Start with a free initial phone call, google meet, or in person consultation to see if my coaching is a good fit for you. After this the first session is an hour long and the subsequent sessions are 30-60 minutes. Most change needs at least 3 months of coaching Calls can be weekly or every other week depending on your needs. With check in texts weekly.
As I walk with you on your journey, know that I hear and see you. You are the most important aspect of this wellness adventure. You are your own expert and I am here to help you with goals and motivation.
